Initial Inspection

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Period

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be intact where possible

European Union Returns

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification (cooling off period). Requirements:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Return Eligibility

  • Unworn, unused, in original condition
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items that differ significantly from their description
  • Wrong items received

Ineligible Items:

  • Worn, washed, used, or altered items

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, just reach out to us within 1 hour of placing it - we’re happy to help! After that time, your order is sent to our fulfillment team for processing and packing, so we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you're within that 1-hour window, email us at support@belivane.com and we’ll take care of it right away.

Product Issues and Resolution

Damaged Product or Manufacturing Defect

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by damaged products. Our resolution process:

  • Send a picture of the damaged product to support@belivane.com
  • We will promptly evaluate your claim
  • We will arrange a prompt replacement of the damaged item with a new one in perfect condition.

Significant Discrepancy from Description

If you receive a product that significantly differs from our site's description or image:

  • We will exchange it for another item or issue a full refund
  • Please note: Minor variations between website imagery and the physical product may occur due to production methods. This includes differences in elements like stitching, tabs, stripes, or labels. Such variations are inherent to the process and do not constitute product defects.

Lost in Transit

If your product is lost in transit despite providing the correct address:

  • We will reship the product to you promptly
  • No additional cost to you

Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement in the return form

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Lost Packages
