Order Processing & Shipping Information

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

When you purchase multiple products, please be aware of the following:

  • Items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times
  • We select warehouses closest to your location to reduce delivery times
  • Product availability and quantity vary by warehouse, affecting shipping origin
  • Fragile or large items may be packed separately to prevent damage during transit

Delivery Timeframes

  • All shipments typically take 7-16 business days for delivery
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Delivery times start from the date of shipment, not the order date
  • Please note that these are approximate times, and in rare cases, delivery may take a few extra days

Overseas Shipping Notice

Most our products, particularly new or highly popular items, are shipped from an overseas facility:

  • To make items available sooner, we may ship directly from overseas warehouses
  • All overseas shipments are included within our standard delivery timeframe of 7-16 business days.

If you would like to confirm the shipping origin of a specific product before placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, just reach out to us within 1 hour of placing it - we’re happy to help! After that time, your order is sent to our fulfillment team for processing and packing, so we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you're within that 1-hour window, email us at support@belivane.com and we’ll take care of it right away.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items
  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer for international orders

Order Tracking

Tracking Your Order

  • Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to become available
  • Tracking information will begin displaying once the shipping company scans the package
  • For multiple item orders, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package

3. Monitor your shipment's progress

Missing Order Confirmation

If you haven't received an automatic email confirmation after placing your order:

  • The email address provided may have been mistyped

  • We'll help you track your order and make any necessary changes

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Check all possible delivery locations at your address
2. Wait 48 hours, as packages sometimes appear after the initial delivery scan
3. Contact our customer service if the package doesn't arrive

Wrong Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped

International Shipping
